I won gold in my age group for recipients and 9th overall in the 5k. Things went swimmingly for Logan as she won silver in the 50m breaststroke and bronze in the 100m freestyle.
Tomorrow is a long day at the track with the event order being: 1500m (Derek), 100m (Logan), 200m (Logan), and 800m (Derek).
