Root Beer Review #26 – Trader Joe’s Vintage Root Beer

Trader Joe’s Root Beer?  Sure, I’ll give it a try.

It smells better than it tastes, it contains Tahitian Vanilla Bean and cane sugar, and it sports a very simple label. According to a Chowhound discussion, it’s been discontinued. It came in my 48-pack of root beer, so I’ll need to check the next time I go into Trader Joes. I don’t think they’re missing anything, I’d much rather have a Virgil’s than this.  Save your taste buds for something else. Like their Speculoos Cheesecake.
