On Saturday we went to the lake to visit with Derek’s snow bird grandfather before he heads south and hang out with the Janiaks and Aunt Barb. It was chilly on Saturday so most of the day was spent trying to get some warmth from the sun. Derek and I played with the new hyperlapse app–see movie above–and we made pizza on the grill. Fun times were had by all. As always, you can click on the photos for a closer look.
On Sunday we went to Sunapee Mountain with our friends Gary & Lisa and played 18 holes of disc golf. I am terrible at disc golf, but the bonus of playing on a mountain is that you also get to have a nice hike down a mountain, through the woods. 10/10 would recommend.
On Monday we went to Portsmouth to meet up with Jim & Sandi who were on the last hurrah of their summer vacation. We had a lovely dinner and Jim regaled us with stories from the Leadville race. And, we finally got to see the amazing belt buckle he got for doing the race, live and in person. It almost makes me want to do Leadville. And by ‘almost’ I mean ‘not at all.’

This is three posts or more in one. Hence, demands three luscious reads and views. Love, love the hyper lapse app. Food looks luscious too. Thanks. sQs for RS and SQS
