April is here – a time of spring & rebirth which happens to coincide with National Donate Life Month and our surgeries. If you’ve considered being an organ donor but didn’t know where to go, here’s the link. And don’t forget to tell your loved ones about your decision.
April 14th is now less than a fortnight away. *gulp*. That also means it’s a fortnight away from feeling better. As some have astutely pointed out, our surgery coincides with Passover – a Jewish holiday commemorating the liberation from slavery. In a sense, Logan and I will also be liberated from the preparations that we’ve been going through for the last couple months, and my disease which has been around for years.
