Recipe for Fried Chicken Livers

A shout out to Southern Fried hospitality.  From allrecipes.com:

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 quart vegetable oil for  frying

If you’ve ever fried anything, you know what to do – Make the flour batter, dredge the livers in the flour batter, and then fry in the oil.  Enjoy eating the little chicken filters.  Those organs will never grow back now…
